We value your time and aim to provide the best service possible. To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and appointments are available for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Credit Card on File and $50 deposit for first visit:
When booking an appointment online, we require customers to provide a credit card on file. Please rest assured that this method is a secure way to protect your identity and ensures the efficiency of our appointment system.
A $50 deposit is required for first-time visits and will be applied toward your treatment.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling within 24 Hours:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellation/ Rescheduling fee:
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
For services priced at $50 or less, the full payment made at booking will be forfeited.
This policy applies to all services, including promotions, packages, memberships, and discounted services.
No-Show/ Cancellation within 1 hour Policy:
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.
For services priced under $100, the full service price will be charged.
This policy helps cover the cost of the time reserved specifically for you.
Multiple Late Changes:
Excessive late cancellations or rescheduling (more than 3 times) may result in limitations on future booking or the requirement of pre-payment for appointments.
Promotions & Complimentary Package Policy
Promotional services, discounted packages, and complimentary (“free”) treatments are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies.
If a promotional or complimentary service is canceled or rescheduled twice, the promotion or complimentary service will be forfeited
No refunds, extensions, or substitutions will be provided once a promotion or free package is forfeited
This applies regardless of reason, including scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
No Refund for Service Policy:
We would like to make it clear that all fees paid for our services are non-refundable, irrespective of the results achieved. We are committed to providing the best possible care and service to our clients, but the outcome of any service can vary depending on individual factors and circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding and acknowledge that our commitment is to deliver quality service and care, and we will make every effort to meet your expectations. However, we cannot guarantee specific results as individual responses may vary.
